T O P I C R E V I E WSunChildWell, I think I'm over-nutted. Is it bad for you to eat too many nuts? As I've mentioned, I eat raw food only, and because of being new to this lifestyle I've been using nuts alot because they are heavy foods. I make nut dips, raw nut deserts, raw nut sauces raw nut 'creams' and raw nut milks.I think I feel sick.I've decided to cut nuts out as staple, and use them as little nibble in between meals, only. If you know something about nuts that I don't know please tell me, I really do feel yucky tonight.taurean_scorpionwell it's not good to eat/drink too much of anything..even water. maybe your body's telling you something, that you need more variety of foods? maybe? so how's raw food diet working for you?geminstoneAww,... Yesterday I didn't have any which was good, I had vital greens and wheatgrass for breaky, a bowl of fruit for lunch, Green smoothie and raw veggies with sprouts and tahini for dinner. I feel much bettera today. NephthysI eat a lot of nuts, mostly almonds. I am vegetarian. I am always hungry. Not that being vegetarian makes a difference, even when I wasn't vegetarian I was always hungry. Nuts are just SO YUMMY they are TOO YUMMY to pass up. Probably I would be slimmer if I didn't eat nuts, but I don't care. I love my nuts! Almonds, cashews and peanuts...unfortunately, I also love toffee peanuts, beer nuts and Trader Joes used to have yummy cashews covered in coconut that I loved but I guess they discontinued.Walnuts - especially in banana nut bread.

Nuts, I love them! Almonds, cashews and peanuts...unfortunately, I also love toffee peanuts, beer nuts and Trader Joes used to have yummy cashews covered in coconut that I loved but I guess they discontinued.
Walnuts - especially in banana nut bread.
